Originated in J-rock roleplayers, and spread to J-rock fandom especially on Livejournal.
-The highest chat face form of perversion. Appears to be a staring face with a gaping mouth and raised eyebrows. Indicates that one is thinking the dirtiest thoughts possible in the situation.
-An online indication to being horny and kinky in any way possible
-usually put at the end of a dirty statement.
