Absolutely hate is stronger than hate. It suggests that you hate it in every way, more than just hate. This phrase is very strong and should be reserved and only used for things that you really 100% dislike. So much, that if you did it, you literally wouldn't be able to stand it. That would mean that you absolutely hate it.

She won't accept me for who I am and keeps trying to change me. I absolutely hate it.
