Words that Americans who believes in
Political Correctness use to describe people they consider are less educated, brain
damaged, with inferior
genetics or from any other culture they judge inferior.
I want to provide services to disadvantaged people here in Bariloche, Argentina as I do in
Billings, Montana, USA but a local woman suggested it would be more appropriate for me to go to the Hospital and help folding bandages because people I was talking about would have the attitude that I am there just to laugh a them. I consider people with the attitude she described to be
intellectually challenged. If the majority are of the
victim mindset, I would not enjoy living in that area.
