Exchange of information between two or more persons. During interpersonal communication there is the act of
sending a message as well as receiving a message, which can be
indirect or
direct. Successful interpersonal communication is fulfilled when two or more persons understand the message being sent and received.

components of interpersonal communication such as
indirect communication involve the use of
body language, eye contact etc. and direct communication involves explicitly using language or speech acts to communicate.
