To enhance one's self or another's outward appearance in order to appear more attractive to the desired sex.

To make a move in your life or career for the better.

When a player of a videogame has earned enough experience points to acquire a new level in a skill or skills. Often is accompanied by the ability to weild new weaponry, access new places, or begin new assignments.

Getting even with your friends in terms of the blood alcohol level.

Example:
After some hours of working overtime, you get to your friends on a party. They already had several drinks and thanks to their blood alcohol level, they're having a lot of fun, while you're still sober and therefore not in the same mood as them. To change that, you've got to level your own blood alcohol concentration up.

When you are just a little bit better than everyone else

To practice something regularly and get better and better at it

When one has ingested several types of psychoactive substances at once, including alcohol, weed, molly, mushies, roofies, etc.

To level up, or leveling up, means to ingest magic mushrooms and trip. It is a clever play off of the classic Super Mario games, where obtaining mushrooms gave the player additional lives.
