Used to exaggerate an action further, usually following like a fox, but appearing before with a hose. May or may not be said by one involved in the conversation.

Piss Off A Cliff
A phrase or an insult meaning one of three things. One being to actually pee offa cliff, two, being to make a cliff mad, or formally to piss off, but off a cliff.
When a guy is thrusting his penis in and out of a person and they are thrusting so vigorously that they miss the orifice entirely on the up thrust, thus jabbing the one receiving said act not where intended.
