A public display of indecency; including but not limited to:
spilling drinks on oneself,
blowing cigarette smoke in another person's face,
flashing one's genitalia to multiple members of the opposite sex in a public setting, vomiting in the street, etc.. If the action is far from classy, it may be considered an Oreg.
