Picnic
Contrary to fallacious urban legends about the word's supposedly racist roots, "picnic" is derived from the French term "piquenique", and refers to a meal eaten out of doors, where the participating groups each bring their own food.
Apparantly, the source of the word picnic is "pick a nigger", where after eating, sack-races and incestous activity, the redneck community of the southern United States would randomly pick an enslaved black person to abuse and lynch.

Picnic
A term used to describe the gatherings held in slave days when slave oweners would "pick-nigs". The "g" was replaced with "c" to create a more PC word.
After a day filled of tutoring, the three nerds changed into the proper attire of suspenders and glasses alone and rewarded themselves by having a picnic.
