READERS
some police funded assholes walking around your town, spying on text messages through electronic reading devices.

you can spot readers by seeing a random guy (or gal) walking around town with a cell phone or handheld device and they stop in the middle of their walk and wave their electronic device in the air like they lost a signal or something----this happens when they are reading a person who is onto them and has the insight to take out their battery.

Reader.
A sick individual. Killed my mom. I always knew he was the real deal, but his internet antics made me think he was all fun and games. I thought he was COOL

Reader. has been all over the web. He goes by several different names and has been banned from every board he posts at.

I thought I found a movie on Netflix we haven’t seen..then I figured out why..it’s a reader!! (Because you have to read the captions to know what they’re saying.)

Reader
Someone who has read the books of a popular movie or TV series. These people will generally laud it over "watchers" with comments like "I knew that was going to happen" or "it was way better in the book" or "If you think this is good, you should read the books"

They can generally be spotted as being the ones pulling out their camera phones to record "reaction videos" at a crucial moment during a critical episode of a movie or TV episode (a la the Game of Thrones 'Red Wedding' reaction video phenom) -- thus generally giving away to the "lesser people" that shit is about to get hectic.

Don't be that guy.

How can you tell if someone is a reader?

DON'T WORRY, THEY'LL TELL YOU.

X Reader
A type of fanfiction where the reader is the protagonist.
Most of the time involves romance between the reader and the other characters of the story.
The other characters are often anime characters , vocaloid or any sort of character that people are interested in.

They're mostly for female readers, but some of them are for male readers, or just for both.

They could be normal x readers, so they don't involve any sex, or nudity; lemon so they involve complete sex ; lime meaning that they involve light sex; fluffy so they involve incredibly cute relationship, without sex. Just hugs, kisses or whatever you think it's cute in a relationship.

They sometimes involve suicidal themes, depression, death and such. But if there is something like this.. they say it in the title.

There is a really, really, really small amount of x readers where there isn't love. Just friendship.

You can find them mostly on Quotev, DeviantArt , ArchiveOfOurOwn , Wattpad and other fanfiction websites.

I found out about a ' Len Kagamine x Reader ' on DeviantArt! It was adorable!

Yesterday my friend showed me a ' X Reader ' ... It was cool.

I started to read a Cryaotic X Reader. It has more than 700+ pages. I'm never gonna end it..

Reader's Block
Related to Writer's Block, this is when you cannot, for the life of you, pick up a book and read it. Sure, you may be able to read a paragraph or two, or maybe even a page, but you don't retain anything of what you just read or have the attention span and/or will to go on. This is common for those who have ADD, are in possession of garbage literature, or are just so exhausted from having to read so many books during school/college that reading anything else, even for pleasure, has become impossible. To those who love to read, this is worse than heart disease and cancer combined.

Eddie - Hey, man, I see you're reading McCarthy's The Road. Nice.

Nerdlinger - I'm trying to read it, but I got this damn reader's block! I'm 20 pages in but I don't remember anything. Fuck!

Eddie - Poor bastard.
