How does one describe Slayer? There is no definition for Slayer. Probably because Slayer doesn't belong in something as politically correct as a dictionary.

An exclamation made by visitors of a rock or metal concert. Originally, this was to ask the band (usually a cover band) to play a song by the band "Slayer" (a trash metal band, and one of the most brutal bands in the history of Metal music that gained world fame). However, the use of this exclamation has now broadened; it can also be used to ask the band on stage to play something louder or harder than what they're currently playing.
The exclamation can also be used in a bar, adressing the DJ if he plays crap music.

A great thrash metal band, and contrary to popular belief, is NOT only loved by angry white kids/Satanists. They are not a Satanic band, and they are actually quite the performers, but most people can only hear loud raging noise the first time they hear it and thus judge Slayer to be a crappy band.

A hand gesture formed by making a fist, and raising the index and pinky finger, forming what is also known as the "devil horns". However, when said hand gesture is formed, and "Slayer!" is intoned simultaneously by the invoker, any gay act is instantly negated, leaving no question as to the orientation of the involved parties. Usually is repeated by the other guy that got involved, as an agreement. Usually used when two straight guys are put into an awkward situation.

Note: Similar to "no homo!", but more about a potentially gay act rather than saying something with a double meaning.

The definition of metal. If you do not like this band then you only like lame fake poser metal. When you listen to a slayer album you should be able to bang your head just about non stop start to finish with only minor changes in tempo.

Slayer fans are the most devoted thrash fans on Earth. Slayer fans are nuts. They carve 'Slayer' into their own backs to pledge allegiance. Slayer have not sold out and still hold true to their high-intensity thrash roots. If an alien came to Earth and said 'GIVE ME METAL', I would give them the album Reign In Blood, or Show No Mercy. No other band would suffice.
