The best damn game ever

A very famous video game from 1996. It is often named "The greatest video game of all time". It was the first video game to have 3-d graphics. It is very unique and they had nothing to base it off of. As far as the game plot goes, Peach calls Mario to her castle for cake but Bowser kidnaps her and seals the star power inside these paintings that you must jump into. You will need to collect 80 stars to save Peach and watch the ending sequence but if you collect all 120 stars, the cannon outside the castle will open and you can blast yourself to the castle roof and you will meet Yoshi there. If you talk to him, he will reward you by congratulating you for completeing fun although at the end of the message, its says "The Super Mario 64 Team". He then rewards you with 100 lives and jumps off the roof. There is a total of 15 paintings and you must collect certain numbeers of stars to open each and some require keys. You can get keys by beating bowser in 3 places.

A game played by old school gamers OR Dylan / Joey Combo. Very fun, but can be done with only 16 stars. Also known as, "A 16 star speed run".

One of the worst Mario games and N64 games I've played. The game has bugs which is somehow so easily overlooked and it gets me mad everytime I play it. I broke all my N64 controller due to getting mad at this game, now gotta wait to get another so I can finish the game and sell it.

The most overrated game I've ever played, with crappy graphics, slippery and sluggish controls, frustrating level design, generic storyline and barely any fun. Ok, it was a very early game on the N64, but so what? It has nothing on Banjo-Kazooie, Donkey Kong 64 and Conker's Bad Fur Day. If you're looking for a good 3D platformer, try those games, and forget this one.

The Super Mario 64: 1995 Prototype is a fictional prototype of the game for the Nintendo 64, named Super Mario 64.

Not much is known about this prototype, aside from the fact it was VERY experimental, testing out new AI that Nintendo got from another Japanese company, thatallowed the game to change itself to fit one's 'Cognitive Desires', which means this prototype is different on every cartridge. Deisgn wise, it didn't look like your happy-go-lucky Super Mario game. The player model was a low poly, featureless man. The castle itself was rather eerie, with few light sources, and the basement was an elaborate mess of hallways.

Testers were called in to experiment with the technology, and it was working fine, except from one odd observation. Prolonged exposure to the basement in the prototype casued severe migraines. One tester, when Nintendo checked in on them after leaving them overnight, they were found in a delusional state, mumbling to themselves, in which they had to be wheeled away to hospital.

New testers were warned to NOT go to the basement for whatever reason.

After new testers were developing stroke-like symptoms from overexposure, Nintendo stopped new testers coming in, and cut all cartridges with the personalised AI.
