Anyway, contrary to popular belief, they aren't emo, they aren't punk rock, and they aren't pop. There's a genre called Punk Alternative, which they belong to. Their most popular songs include:

My opinion of them is very high. I love their music because it has meaning, unlike sooo many pop songs. People who think that we fans are ridiculous just haven't thought about their lyres like we have. Before you make a condescending remark about their lines, just think about. It has different meanings to different people, so you might be surprised with what you find.

Now, let's get a grip here. I may be 14 but I am not confused or a girl. I'd welcome a voice better than patrick's, because there isn't one. FOB, emo? I don't really care what you think, as long as it's about them. Pete's lyrics wipe the floor with any other modern bands I have heard. Stop with the arguments. Fall Out Boy are, have always been, and will continue to be a great band.

Originally the sidekick to Radioactive Man in the Radioactive Man comic series on the Simpsons. In the film version of Radioactive Man (starring Ranier Wolfcastle) Milhouse was cast in the role of Fallout Boy.

That's what some of you guys keep on posting that and we all get it, you don't like them, they may not be worthy of your time, but they do deserve your respect. And you go far enough by saying "all their fans are retarded emo faggots" when you don't even know who half of them are. 1: Fall Out Boy are a band from Chicago, made up of four members... Peter Wentz, Patrick Stump, Andrew Hurley and Joe Trohman. Due to certain lines in the songs, they are considered EMO (by people who need to be shot), but they are actually NOT. They are critised alot for Patrick Stump's lead vocals, apparently, being "horrible" and "hard to understand". The answer to this is, of course, get your fucking ears cleaned out because if TONS of people can hear what the hell he says, why cant YOU?

2: A fact that is NOT known to many people, is that Fall Out Boy actually had a LIFE before MTV. And It was not up to the band to have hundreds of stupid airheaded girls constantly asking for their music videos to be played on MTV due to the fact that "Peter is so HAWT!!!" If you are going to blame somebody in that situation, blame MTV. Or better, the stupid airheaded girls.

A band that everyone seems to think only has the fan base of young emo kids. BOLLOCKS! Fall Out Boy have had a huge fan base since wayyyyy before Sugar We're Goin Down got them into the charts. Just cos a load of kids jumped on the band-wagon doesn't mean that this is their target audience. And if some of these kids actually listened to their lyrics they'd realise they're not an emo band anyway
