A line uttered by the Saber class Servant, Nero Claudius from the Fate Series. This word can be used for really, anything you want, whether it be for expressing your emotions, agreeing or disagreeing with someone, depends on what tone of voice you say it in and maybe a bit of gesture to back it up.
