It is when your stomach "dunlaps" over your belt.

Origin probably with "That guy's gut has "done lap"ed over his belt. Hence the name "Dunlap's Disease".

When someone's belly "dun-lap" over his belt...used on extremely disgusting overweight people who don't have the sense to wear clothes that fit.

This defenitions refers to skates, this is when the skate is so big you cant see the front wheel because the boot dunlapped it.
