Much like it's tamer cousin, the White Elephant Gift Exchange, a Black Elephant Gift exchange has a naughty twist. The main idea is similar: all people involved bring a wrapped holiday gift, which will be randomly raffled off within the participating group. The gifts, however, range anywhere from dildos to skimpy outfits/costumes to BDSM items, as long as they are on the naughty side.
