Originating in online gaming, "go next" refers to giving up on the current match for one reason or another in order to play another, hopefully with better or less toxic teammates.
Player 1:"Ugh, had to deal with a flamingjungler in my last League game. Total free win if he didnt have such a bad attitude."
Player 2: "Oh well, go next, nothing you can do about that."
