Another name for a betch. Usually referring to a skanky gay asian boy. A Kasama tends to give the stink eye for no apparent reason and without warning. Kasamas tend to have an entourage of fag hags whom are equally as much of betches as the Kasama is, so try to stay clear of them unless you are looking for trouble.
