seeing eye dog, dark tinted eyeglasses, a cane , a
tin cup, and a hand-lettered sign soliciting donations from the public, but whose eyesight within normal range. A beggar who feigns blindness.
4. One who wears eyeglasses and exploits and exaggerates the condition as a disability that requires government assistance, financial or otherwise.
