Phrase used to describe the act of inserting a magazine into a gun (that is or is like the AK-47.) Mostly used in the deep south, frequently done on December 31st to celebrate the New Year.

Jeff: Hey what day is it?
Bob: December 31st.
Jeff: Let's load up them choppas and then hit the parties.
Bob: Sounds good man!
