Dr. Scyther is more than a man. Because he's a Pokemon. He's a rich
trillionaire doctor, who knows Falcon Punch. No one knows for sure why he knows it, but he also know water gun, so you know,
fuck logic. He spends his time doing nothing, and getting payed for it, kinda like Donald Trump. When he does do things, he normally charges
outrages prices, which is why he's so rich. He's been known to troll in his free time, but he leaves that to the younger folks.
