a movement created by mostly urban african americans to intimidate witnesses and stop
informants from getting them in trouble. a large red stop sign with "
snitchin'" directly below it, supports this movement. sometimes associated with
drug trade/dealing and/or violence (usually gang-related) in urban areas.
"did you see that shirt ______ was wearing?"
"no, what did it say?"
"it was like one of those
street signs that say "
no parking anytime" but it was modified to say "
no snitchin' anytims ""
"hahah, he should stop snitching"
