Adj. Used to describe something of equal parts good and bad.

A variable for any noun, adjective, or swear word.

Not just those are shit tits or you have shit tits but I would literally rather eat shit than look at your tits

They are that bad

Not directly related to the act of smearing shit on or having shit smeared on the tits, but rather the emotions equivalent to the feeling of shock upon realizing shit is on the tits.
