Not a chance . . eat till you hurt. Then eat some more. Less
World of War Craft? Not a chance. . . play till your eyes ache. . . then play some more, when you want to quit. Don't. Keep going until you are so sick of it . . . that will cause you to change your way and see how bad it is. Then you will make that change.
