Karen: EXCUSE ME?! HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO ME THAT WAY?! YOU WILL NEVER DISRESPECT ME IN SUCH A MANNER EVER AGAIN!! I WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGER!
