Streets of Rage 2, he is a samurai looking guy with long hair, sharp claws, and what it appears to be wearing a metal thong. He is difficult to fight depending who you use, he can claw, somersault, uppercut,
Naruto run, and suplex your ass. In normal mode he appears
two more times as Souther and Nail with different color palettes.
