A term used in Cyber Nations, an online nation
simulation game. It means that a nation
infrastructure level had been reduced to zero, or totally obliterated.
Can be used as ZI'ed or
ZI'd.
Player one : That last war I got
Zero Infrastructured.
Player two : Bad luck man.
