A cocktail invented in Sakhalin Island at the Sapporo bar Yuzhno.

It comprises of 100ml of Yuri vodka (there can be no substitute) poured over a large quantity of ice and topped to the top of a long pint glass with tonic. A Generous wedge of lemon is added to taste.
