The bull dozer is performed when a guy is
hittin' some chick from the back. Once deep in the action, the guy pulls the chick's arms behind her back(so she falls face down on the bed)and pushes her.
Now from here you have some options(but not limited to): Pushing her around the bed. Ramming her head into the wall, or my personal favorite, Pushing her right off the bed!
