A type of cosplay, generally from the anime fandom, that involves wearing a mask in the style of the character, and oftentimes, a uniformly colored bodysuit.
When you take a five doller bill and wipe your ass with it and throw it on the ground. A stranger comes by and picks it up with said shit on the bill and you yell Poop Doller.
