When a person (usually a girl) consumes an amount of alcohol sufficient to reflect intoxication in their eyes. Usually evidenced by seductive stares or photo evidence.

When you Drink so much that there is a "good" chance that you will fall over and cause some sort of bodilyharm.
I rally want to drink tonight but make sure I don't get black eye drunk. I am all out of sick days and it is embarrassing wearing sunglasses to work.
