A VERY mean phrase when, if heard, the user should be punished. It's like the phrase 'shut up' but 10x worse.

You should only say this when someone is being very irritating.

Used to the same effect as "shut the hell up" by someone who doesn't use the word hell, often little kids who get in trouble for such "cuss words."

Heckup is basically used when you are frustrated on someone then you use this word........it is like fuck up..
