An awesome, creamy Northern Indian (asian indian, not native american) dish with a yoghurt base, that is generally less spicy than most indian dishes. It generally has a hint of sweetness from
coconut milk. Some spices include
coriander, cumin, and garlic.
If you are going to get indian food for the first time, it is a good introduction to their cusine without overpowering your tastebuds.
It is generally served with Rice or
Naan.
