Phrase used by inmates mostly in juvenile type facilities, such as detentions and other types of kid prisons. One inmate says this to another when he/she wants to fight the person they are saying it to. The bathroom is a place where staff cannot see the fight take place, so no one gets in trouble.
Outside of lockup, many people still use this phrase as a joke, upon disagreement.
on contrary to the term meet me at the rec, this is also a term used by comeaux high students when they want to have gay sex, hence the nick name, homeuax high.
guy 1: Oh you want those kind of hands, ok, i'll meet you at the rec bathroom

Something a lesbian/bi, or simply curious girl will say to another girl whom they believe to be curious as well. They want to meet them in the bathroom for making out/fingering. Primarily done in pubs/bars.
