follow-up to see if their ePRO 500 shows in our system. Customer claims they took the ePRO Course when originally presented and received ePRO pin and
Certificate however has everything packed away somewhere and cannot locate at this time. I informed customer they will need to present a copy of paid ePRO
invoice or copy of
certificate and or some sort of proof the course was complted, understood.

Received call, spoke to William. Customer offered a suggestion: Suggestion is for us to have the ePRO Directory profile have a "check" box to select if you want to received calls to your cell phone from un-solicited callers. Mentioning if the ePRO graduate puts a "check" in the box it will show their "cell phone" number in red which will all show a small paragraph in red as well warning non-solicited callers that are not intended for the business of Real Estate or applicable business to "Not Call This Cell".
