He's a character from the series of games Danganronpa.
He's the "ultimate biker gang leader" whatever that means.

He's an hothead but he can also be very kind and loving towards the people he loves and deep down he's a good person.
He has a low self-esteem and a lot of regrets that he covers with his "strong guy" attitude, that will ultimately land to a terrible faith.

He's basically a leaving jojo reference, his gang is called the crazy diamonds and his brother was literally Josuke like literally he has the same haircut.
And like his best friend went supersayan, with white hair and everything like Koichi, he just missed the egg.

Mondo and Daiya were in other games such as “Crazy Diamond brothers” his hairstyle came from japan, it was called a aippa.
