A site built by teenagers that has
allot of girls that like to "Shout" a bunch of pictures of themselves all the time. The
average user is in their 20s. The site is used to connect to other people
in real time and carry on a conversation while in action of whatever you originally shared, also a place to vent when you are pissed off.
