To rant with great anger or intensity about pointless minutiae, as someone with an asperger's-related fixation is prone to do.

To wax obsessive on a subject of interest. Often to the point of annoying those around you.

A term often used to describe an Asperger person who is known to throw tantrums and get dramatically passionate about a certain thing, much to the annoyance of others.

A stupid kid typically around the age of 12 who's constant need for attention is only surpassed by his extreme annoyance to anyone around him. A sperg is an obnoxious troll(but not intentionally) caps lock addicted heavily caffeinated kid that spams unrelated emotes in twitch chat while hes not failing at whatever video game hes playing.

'Sperg' comes from Asperger's Syndome, an autism-spectrum disorder that can manifest itself in obsessive behaviour, and which is commonly self-diagnosed by spergin' nerds who can't otherwise explain away their broken personalities.
