2. (Slang) Anything that is awesome beyond comprehension. Much like the 90's term "filth" and the 80's term "bad".

basically it just means dirty gypsy, but using different words which arent very commonly used so it sounds alot better when you call someone it because they think wtf is he on about, and dont know your insulting them

example: you dont need one, you just know when to call someone a Squalid Vargrant.
