A well known local celebrity noted for bouts of rage and aggression would focus their efforts toward individuals at random. What would amount to physical or verbal bullying and established a reputation within the Seattle community as being "Crandalled", or bullied.

You should always be careful when dealing with some who could potentially crandallize you. They also will tell you things so much that you have to believe them or suffer severe arguments with them.
