A term of endearment between freinds. Like homie, buddy, or friend.

Foolies are those who are new to smoking and easily tricked because they don't know a lot about weed. Usually ripped off and skimped out of weed. They usually pay a lot of money for a little weed because they don't know any better. easily “fool"ed.

Someone who isnt old enough to go to schoolies but does anyway as a toolie is one that comes back after their turn.
