Mischievous exclamation shouted toward a group of people with the intention of confusing
that group, especially any "
Steve's" that may be a part of this. Most often said while driving by in a car or some other situation where the person shouting won't have to explain to the group why he was shouting at Steve. Also works with other common names; "Steve" is simply the most fun to say.
