1) Saying an untrue/sarcastic statement in an actual voice that is high pitched.
2) Saying an untrue/sarcastic statement and then ending the sentence with the phrase "
high voice"
High Voice is commonly used in circles of friends in relaxed environments.
It can be abbreviated in speech or when communicating online by saying or typing "
hv".
The etymology of the word comes from
Hastings, New York in the year 2005. It was used by a pale-kid who took 8 credits a semester at the University of Michigan and accrued massive debt from playing poker.
