1. One who fears technology (or new technology, as they seem pleased with how things currently are...why can't everything just be the same?)

2. A group led by Mr. Luddite durring the industrial revolution who beleived machines would cause workers wages to be decreased and ended up burning a number of factories in protest

A person who detests or fears change... of an established idea or process, or opposes change on the basis that it's different from their personal opinion.

A belief system based on the rejection of technology, originally referencing English textile workers in the 19th century that destroyed machinery due to lower wages, now it's a term that has been adopted by those with anti-technology beliefs, such as anarcho-primitivists, kaczynskists, etc

A slang term used by puddites to attack and ostracize those who are not afraid to keep things that still work and do not need to be upgraded. A luddite is someone who encourages the use of technology and technological equipment that is still perfectly good and perfectly working, although a new model/generation/color has come out.

For example, a luddite might prefer to save money by buying a used phone of a previous generation, or refusing to buy the latest generation because it is too overpriced.

Neo-luddites come in many forms, and oppose technology for different reasons. This includes those calling themselves "radical traditionalists," who oppose it because they feel that industrial society subverts traditional folk-and-faith values. Others, who call themselves "primitivists," believe that technology and civilization itself are inherently repressive because it forces people to act contrary to their instincts, and interferes with natural eugenic population control measures, etc. Famous neo-Luddites include the Unabomber Ted Kaczynski, Derrick Jensen, Jacques Ellul, and John Zerzan. It must be pointed out, though, that those like the Unabomber are strictly the exception rather than the norm.
