Rule 46 is much a variation of Rule 34. The exceptions include loose concepts which cannot be linked to physical objects. Aside from this, there IS furry porn of it.
A furry is a hybrid creature between a furred animal, such as a cat or dog, and a human, often women. It can vary further to just animals with a few humanish features.
Rule 46 Clearly States That, The Only Rules That Matter are, 34, 35, 36, 38, 42, 46 and 88.
