when you cannot go in your room because your room mate is having sex

refering to "exiling" your roomate (usually in a college setting) from his/her room so that you can engage in sexual activity without voyeurism.

When politely asked or forced from one's room in order to create the private atmosphere most roommates need for coitus with their special friends. Incidentally, it is what I am right now.

It is a common phenomenon at college, often done willingly by arrangement, which may include telltale signs to show the room is being used (i.e. a strategically placed sock or tie). -when one returns to one's dorm to find that one's roomate is busy in the act of lovemaking, and thus one must find somewhere else to sleep for the night in order to avoid any unnecessary akwardness. Or, more simply put, one if "exiled" from the room because of "sex", hence the name.

To banish a roomate from the room/dorm/apartment for the purpose of engaging in intimate relations with one's significant other/sex partner.
