Pretty much, it can be used in any context at all. It's as openly used as fuck.

What our "beloved" **cough** Prime minister seems to enjoy doing to dossiers. Manages to get away with it though, and uses MI5 to make sure anyone who accuses him of doing it will be in a bad way

Sexin' The Black
A phrase used to describe the method in which one preps a Black and Mild cigar (with the plastic mouthpiece) for smoking.
To "sex the black" the cigar must be unopened in its wrapper. Take it between your hands vertically (mouthpiece on bottom) and place hands flat against eachother and move hands forward/backwards alternately. Continue for a few seconds. Remove from wrapper.
This evenly loosens up the fine tobacco for a great smoke. Enjoy.
"Hey Ray-Ray! You better sex that black before you light that sunabitch up!"
"My third cousin, T-Money, is gonna teach me how to sex the black after sunday school!"
