Forbes (played by himself) is alleged by a news
anchor to have been the author of yet another anonymous book on Washington Politics. With great hilarity, Steve Forbes denies having written the book, even though one quote from the book says, "Teve Torbes definately has is going on!".
In common
parlance, one might say, "Man, I know it was you Teve Torbes", alluding to the
skit and pointing out the obvious truth that it was the man in question though he denies it, perhaps
comically.
