A phrase that is used primarily by the uneducated to
skip over the most important details of any given story. Unlike 'yadda
yadda yadda', which is usually used to skip over the unimportant details, 'woo woo woo' skips over the most important parts.
Used by
the storyteller to minimize guilt, involvement, or responsibility. Often contains incriminating information.
Example 1:
Detective: "Can you explain where you were last night?"
Ne'er-do-well: "Well, I left the house about 5 'cuz
my baby momma was all up in my shit, woo woo woo, now she dead."
Example 2:
"I met this fine female at the club, we chillin', sippin' on a little Hennessy, woo woo woo, I'm locked up
on some bullshit rape charge."
