A mix between being irritated and agitated. A major feeling of agitation. Sometimes synonymous with the feeling you get with growing pains, restless leg syndrome, the urge to stretch, or the feeling you get when you feel a strong urge to exercise (e.g., when sitting in a classroom for hours).
