Refers to homosexual men wearing their pants low on the hip to expose colorful underwear in an attempt to attract a mate. The low riding pants signifies easy access to the mans rear compartment and not so subtly letting the other man know that he is on the down low.

Little caddies or other late model cars that people lower to get the effect of being low to the ground. Usually driven by mexicans or 'gangsters'. Sometimes outfitted with hydraulics.
This refers to young females who generally have normal sized heads, upper bodies, but extended torsos. This results in a lower hip and buttock region, and shorter legs. This phenomenon is actually quite funny to look at.
